Math Lab
The Carolyn R. Byrd Math Lab offers free individual and group tutoring options to anyone who is currently enrolled in a P&HCC math class and seeking assistance with college-level math.
Current Hours
Monday-Thurs: 9am – 4pm
Friday: 9am – 3pm
(Only one tutor is on duty this day so appointments take precedence.)
Weekends CLOSED.
Students may use BrainFuse during these days. BrainFuse may be accessed through Canvas.

Individual Tutoring
Free individual, personalized tutoring is available to all P&HCC students in most subjects. Students are encouraged to contact the tutor coordinator to schedule an appointment as soon as they need assistance.

Brainfuse is on-demand, online tutoring designed to increase student achievement, boost retention, and enhance learning. Brainfuse connects students to expert educators anytime from any internet-connected computer. It is available to all P&HCC students and can be accessed through MyP&HCC.
