Disclosing Grade Information
P&HCC does not release grades or transcripts to parents or anyone else unless the student provides a written release to do so in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). Students can view semester grades via MyP&HCC once they are posted.
Recognition for High GPA
Honor’s List
Students on the Honor’s List must have all of the following:
- A cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher at P&HCC
- Completed 30 or more credits
- Enrolled for 12 or more college credits (excludes developmental courses)
Dean’s List
Students on the Dean’s List must have all of the following:
- Grade point average of 3.2 or higher for the semester
- Enrolled for 12 or more college credits (excludes developmental courses)
