Advisors are available to help every step of the way. Visit the advising team in Walker Fine Arts Center, call 276-656-5482, email advising@patrickhenry.edu, or schedule an appointment using Navigate.
You can also use the Navigate Student mobile app to make appointments. Visit The Apple Store on your iOS mobile device, or the Google Store on your Android mobile device, to download the free Navigate Student app, published by EAB Global. Then, log in once using your MyP&HCC username and password and choose Appointments.

New & First Time Students
- Never attended college before? This is where you start. You’ve got this!

- If this will be your first semester, you need to start with the Direct Enrollment Survey to determine which classes you may need to prioritize: https://desurvey.vccs.edu/login.

Dual Enrollment Students
- Want to earn college credit while you’re still in high school? We’ve got you covered.
- P&HCC dual enrollment programs, provide an opportunity for high school students to earn college credit by taking one or more college-level courses while they’re still in high school. If you’re eligible, you’ll earn both high school and college credit for each course you take.

Transfer Students
- You’ve taken classes at other colleges before, but they weren’t the right fit, or you want to refine your studies with classes at P&HCC? Don’t worry, you’ll fit in great here!
- Continue your journey with P&HCC: Ready for a new educational adventure? Transfer to P&HCC and continue building a better future. Submit your official college transcript(s) from all previous institutions (transcripts from other VCCS schools are not required). You can order them online or ask your college’s records office to send them to us. We accept official transcripts mailed directly to the college or hand-delivered in a sealed envelope. Returning Students
- Welcome back!
- Are you a former P&HCC student? Returning to P&HCC is easy, no matter how long you’ve been gone. If it has been more than a couple of semesters since the last time you were enrolled, you’ll need to apply for readmission. We’re here for you, every step of the way. Just follow these simple steps and submit official college transcript(s) from all institutions you’ve attended since your last enrollment at P&HCC (transcripts from other VCCS schools are not required). P&HCC accepts official transcripts mailed directly to the college or hand-delivered in a sealed envelope. We also accept electronic transcripts sent directly from the previous institution to P&HCC.
